Sorry guys and girls, I wasn't available to update it since I have EXAM WEEK like most college/Universities has last week. I haven't got the chance to play it and I get Nick chanting "crap crap replay 0" this is not a good way to start our first mix... The mix was rough... even though a lot of touhou hardcore fans in this group.
I hope this will enjoy your play...

Anyways, as I am on winter school break (with the exception of one of my exams in Thursday) I'll be more active for next the 3 weeks... I don't know if I am going to start stepmania work again.

I don't know you notice, but... one of our members or rather maybe several of them are a bit lost on our works so far to you stepmania players.

I just want your feedback on our stepmania packs we've done, mostly the recent ones... so go on the forums to tell us your opinions on our works. Either, you dislike or love it or even so-so opinion...

A 2 month update? I dunno, UPDATE!

What's new?

Good question... Lets start off with ODMP3Player.
There is currently about 2244 songs on the playlist ^_^ (muahahahaha~!).
So, what are they?

The Playlist contains the previous tracks...
(I've Girls -KOTOKO, MAMI, EIKO, etc.)

The new one is my ANIME THEMES playlist on my computer. 1600+ Tracks
Which contains Anime I watched or going to from ANIME #-Symbols to ANIME-Z

Hopefully you like it, and the shuffle feature on it which will have endless of tracks to listen to for like weeks ^_^

This will be a temporary name for it I guess... according to Nick. BTW, Nick is going to name the new forum to some name that seems similar to the famous eufonius group ^_^ which is weird. BTW, Forum server is our file sharing server ^_^ but I hardly use it so eh?

Honestly, I have been busy these fall months... So, I dunno what hell is going on with the packs, but this is what I assuming....

Japan Mix 2 - I dunno, but the project leader still has it or just, I really dunno. I talk to the leader, once I get a break on my busy life of mine now.

Touhou Mix - I do know that it is currently on 2nd beta testing... So, that sums up how "great" this pack is going to be :P (huu huu huu) BTW, project leader will decide depending on his mood and quality of the pack is on release. hehe~!

Video Game Mix 3 -No clue...

Recently there is a post on StepMania Message Board / Forums about the password protection on Otaku's Dream 5th Anime Mix.

Just to tell you, we don't put password protections on our PUBLIC RELEASE PACKS. The exception of BETA Testing purposes, most recently the leaking Touhou Mix Beta Packs.

If you have a password protection problem, either:

• Redownload it (caused by incomplete or corrupted data transfers)
• Use a File Checking Error like CRC or Archive Problem
• Use a different Archive Program like WinRAR or 7zip or others out there.

During this time, we are currently dicussing it on StepMania Message Board / Forum -Click Me-So, hopefully this gets resolve soon (^_^)

Now let us talk about my dam life this current state...

As you know...

I am in college mode now, and StepMania Simfile Making really is not my top priority anymore... being not on top priority anymore its not even in my list to do or my interest to play at this college mode. Though, I could play it when I feel like it, but it seems rarely I play it.

Now you know my priority on StepMania, so you know my stepfile making is on the halt status. That is till I am on vacation or college is done. But that seems like a long time to have a long vacation since my summer vacation is gone due to catching up of courses I need to take for my program. Though I have Winter Break (soon after Semester 3 exams are done) and Summer Break (once Semester 4 is done around April?) so I might do some stepping? maybe, but no 100% nor 60% hehe....

About the 6th Anime Mix... It seems I don't have time during these time from September (2008) to (April of 2010) because of college and nearing to the end of program study, and perhaps my very 1st career job. So, this going to a problem for me when I sole project leader of this mix and the group when I have no time for it or the my top priorities on it at this moment. Nor I am not retiring/resigning my/our group because just because of education. (besides I am just still 20 years old, still young to play stepmania HAHA, But when is to old to play games? 65? I dunno? I plan to play StepMania or any game for that matter till I die, hopefully <.< -considering the love life's sacrifical beliefs then thats a problem, haha-).

In brief, I am currently A.F.K. or M.I.A. on Otaku's Dream Pack Activities and Simfile Making Activities. When I cam back? By next year I'll know and tell you fellow friends ^_^

Sorry for the mis-announcement on the pack with rumors of Cancelled, Deleted, Halted for Next Year, or whatever it is... In truth it was in a delay

I know in IRC (Internet Relay Chat) , our Otaku's Dream Hangout ChatRoom, always joke around on 5th Anime Mix is a Myth (lol?), cancelled and all sorts of negative statements which aren't true. Btw, we must all blame Nick~! and me, Jubo~! (:P) So, its release now :)

Before this post, some of the members Release the Pack ahead of time due to there national time struck Tuesday, September 16th @ 12am midnight. That wasn't a leak BTW, its my "orders" to allow them to release it.

Since my time is GMT-5:00 (Eastern Canada/USA Toronto/New York Time) and I live in Toronto, Canada. So I am delayed by like 6hrs from my good friends and fellow members in Netherlands/Germany/United Kingdom/England.

Anyways here is what to expect in this new Anime Mix.

• -Video Only- contains No Simfiles/StepFiles

So... Stepfiles/Simfiles will be less in disk size and Video Only will be huge~!

The total size of these pack should be around or at

Still no Otaku's Dream 5th Anime Mix yet...

Too many Problems , less time to fix it.

I am really stressed so, please don't ask me on IRC when. I already slip up on the pack upload to a main distributor on irc to be release. So, that leaked and its not official correct version.

So many complaints I can't handle like WHY 200 simfiles? why this and that blah blah, god shuddup. So I'm totally stressed and we please be patient...

I have college and all and this whole week end I used my time for this pack and man that is bad for me. Plus, using so much bandwidth and bandwidth in North America is a piece of Bull CRAP~! so eh....

till next time maybe a release maybe more problems... I am so out of schedule from 2nd anniversary of Anime Mix because of certain someone, nick. And yea, you can with my stressed and stuff I am sad and angry at the same time on this pack... by far... This is the worst Pack I complied ever. and even worst than 4th anime mix.

August 31st, last day of summer

Sorry no Otaku's Dream 5th Anime Mix today :(

Sorry guy and girls, no release today till I get back to college and upload it there... It is one huge pack and my current bandwidth/throuhput on downloading and uploading Anime, JDrama and Anime/Jap Music is a bit over powering my OD5AM upload rate. While I am at my first day at college I could upload it with a faster connection, hopefully? But not only that... a certain member, Nick (our pack/forum/several things) wants to add his updates in the pack... mostly on one section of it. So I gotta wait for his workage is done too... so two reasons... Sighe Louzy excuse huh? sorry :(

So... To keep the hype of OD5AM going I upload videos of the features simfiles are in Keyboard section :) (sorry I am so horrible on pad and very very shy showing my face my crappy digital camera, its not even a DV recorder too... <.<),

August 28th - 31st Marks Anime Mix TWO Year Anniversary ^_^

5th Anime Mix is upon the horizon of Otaku's Dream

Man I am so tired... working on this non-stop or rather main focus of my daily routine of my week. Not to mention the upcomming school year is comming soon (Sept. 2nd) which yesterday I bought school supplies (yay~!)

Anyways... as you might or never known that aug 28th and 31st is the 2/TWO Year Anniversary of the Anime Mix; I wanted the 5th Mix to be release to this date and time. Why I waited a year for this, to be honest... I am busy with school now and summer time was my only time I can dedicated my time to this project :)

Another thing is.... Release Date is pushed back due to a certain someone who is the "provider" of all OD5AM content in the net. I owe him with the contents he has done for this group so :) sorry folks....
New Release is between: Sept 2nd - 5th

But wait there is more... rather good news? look at the bottom (:P)

Alright... I added most of missing I've Girls songs, mainly SHIHO and MELL. I still have AYANA and her songs are totally different sound and it pretty hard to choose which are great to listen... but soon. I also included the new songs from MELL's new album MELLSCOPE.

I have deleted some of the dead links, Animedreamer.org's links aren't dead btw. I haven't got in contact with animedreamer's owner yet.. so hopefully soon I can contact him and help out the release OD5AM hope fully.

Also, 9 days left till 5th Anime Mix is released :) yay?

Ahhhh.... you guys....~!

So... 3 days has passed by... and my Server Operator (Redwing) said:

<Redwing> and it's just too much for the connection
<Redwing> It was slowing down all the websites on the box
<Redwing> Please, if you can, create a download queing system just to limit the maximum concurrent downloads

<Redwing> Talk to me if you need me for ideas or anything, I want to help. But right now I can't sustaint that kind of usage ^^

30 or so days till 5th Anime Mix Release

Hey wassup 5th Anime Mix

We nearing to the days of the 5th Anime Mix release... and for those who are participating please check your status on your simfiles on the forum.

If you PASS or PENDING congrats... now you may update your simfiles (make them better duh?) and submitted them to Jubo in PM on the forums.

If you FAIL I am so sorry. I would like to thank you for participating and I hope you improve more better on the next mix/season.

As for Group Banners, well.. we got like 20ish days to decide which to display... Thank you for those who attempt and submitted their works.

Hey Website update...

Okay... as you notice I change or added many things on the Navagation Bar on left. I increased the text size and bundled sereval links to one group.

Individual Simfiles include: Jubo, Ilonaya, Tweety3187and Xion Steel

OD @ include: Our Facebook Group Pack, Our IRC (Internet Relay Chat) Channel on Rizon.net, Our ancestor (where OD started and formed) Bemanistyle Forum, and lastly, the last.fm group where we scrobble our recently listen song tracks :)

OD Special Mix are side projects. Recently the 2007 xmas mix

Finally... The Download section. I decide to post links on several Otaku's Favorites to play on stepmania. like Anime, Video Games, couple Japanese singers and all sorts of "otaku" should have :). Though, does not look alright or pleasing right now, just that Jubo is lazy to make it fancy.

To those downloaders... Please try to limit your downloads 1 concurrent/active connection. Meaning that if you downloading DDR Anime Mix 1... just limit to that until that download is done then you can download one at a time. etc...

uhh thats it. I guess... in about 5 or days I add the remaining of the I've Girls songs.. ^_^ I think it would be Eiko Shimamiya and Kaori Utatsuki. There are also some others which do not have many songs are known but I'll add them to :)

Okay... its procastination day for the Anime Mix Participants...

As you can see, deadline for Anime Mix... That means we nearing the end of the longest delay of Anime Mix ever... glad it has over 200 simfiles of submissions.

Oh the joy of testing these stuff. <-- see the sarcasm?

Anyways... I would like all od members to be patient as I organize this massive submission aka 2 Gigabytes of 200 plus simfiles... I dunno it would be 200 simfiles or 2 GBs... it might be 300 simfiles and 3GBs...

Oh the agony~! The pain~!

So the beta pack will be up on private boards... or you can message me on IRC, YES IRC~! I can give you the pack... I might be nice enough and go beyond the rules of duty to give you an advance sneak peak of what to expect on the pack.

Simple Update for a change?

Hey everyone,

Just like to update you guys how much KOTOKO Fever our crew inputted into the Flash MP3. LMAO, zynm and kawaiiloli on IRC. Enjoy the massive KOTOKO / I've Sound Crew music :)

I also want to note about the downloads what was before on old website... Unfortunately, they are old... I'm trying to get ourself huge simfile pack collection for all you to download... I dunno if Redwing's Server can handle it.

About the Anime Mix the 5th editon/season/episode etc... It is one huge pack so far and this not the final release yet... Alot of submission when I posted a rule of no limit... God I was stupid -.- Just want to tell everyone who is participating that the deadline change again:

Anime 5th Mix: June 30th is the new deadline
Release date will be on August 28-30 the 2 years aniversary of Anime Mixes.

Also, Hentai Mix, Japan Mix, Video Game Mix have a green light for there submissions :) They all located at the left side of this text.

Next time... I'll add more I've Goodness ^_^ lia? mami? kaori? eiko? etc?

Web Server is back online AND on new server AND Domain names

Hey everybody, welcome back to Otaku's Dream Webpage once again... (-.-)
I know this was problematic for the website to be suspended and all. Anyways we are back online (^_^)

Just to let you know that we have expanded to 3 more domains ^_^

• www.otakusdream.org

I had to transfer my domain name to the hosting domain name server since my other webhost was a bit (err.... and suspended) on negative effect side. But they provided me good support so no biggie; not to mention they had my domain name of otakusdream.com. Well, I have it all solved and nicely done.

Now, what about the server? Lemme thank Redwing for provided us the website server and many great specs on the connection side. He said this server has 8Gbps connection speed so thats like woah~!

2008, May 5th - Jubo

1st Japan Mix -Released-

Our first 1st Japan Mix has been released yesterday, May 4th 2008, by our Project Leaders: Lisek and LK4D4.

It has been 6 or more months this project has been stalled, delayed and pushed back. On its 3rd delayed deadline, it finally got serious... So, this project hasn't been a steady common interest on people (sigh -.-;) But hopefully this will spark an 2nd Mix with this release.

For those that do not know this mix's content. It is just basically all the Japanese songs that does not match the other current projects we are doing ( which includes Anime Music Video that Fan Made or M@D) that do not belong and maybe the late submission of the previous works that didn't make it to the other projects. I think I got that right? I really dunno the exact details or may I got the right details up there.

I also decided to limit the navigation links to the ones are working and at least 50% done and viewable to you. So, does not mean they are gone, hehe... I'll be testing out the iframe tag for easy one website access, if I knew more advance web coding...
*Sigh*

The beginning of this new website

Hey guys and girls, WELCOME to our new website... I would like to give major thanks to:

1. Prince (website design)
2. Eriol (info gathering)
3. Nick (info gathering)

They helped speed up the website process to get it is now from my absences of my college studies. Though The website is not 100% done... I still have many thing to do.

There are many pages on this website are not done... most of the Otaku's Dream Mixes and Jubo's Simfiles are up. The upcoming Japan Mix pack will be displayed soon as the process of elimination and quality checking from the Project Leader: Lisek.

Hopefully in in the coming days I'll completely finish this website to the fullest.
